In order to rent or lease chassis, we need to get the following information from you.

  • Valid SCAC with the NMFTA

  • Insurance – Showing Kansas City Chassis Pool as Cert Holder

  • Current Member of UIIA

  • Credit or Credit Card – See credit application below. Otherwise a valid PayPal account must be used. You will be walked through establishing a billing agreement on www.chassisfinder.com/account/approval

We have uploaded all our chassis registrations to our website. If you need a registration please visit https://www.milecorp.com/get-equipment-registrations-2/

Please download the documents below, and forward all completed documents to Support@kccpool.com for verification and approval. Once approved, you will receive an email allowing you access to the daily rental pool of chassis operated exclusively for the Kansas City Chassis Pool. If you have any questions, please email Support@kccpool.com or Torian@kccpool.com.

All leases are subject to the terms and conditions found in the Master Chassis User Agreement.
